Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you'll ever make. It's also a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making a large purchase decision. A thorough, professional property inspection can significantly reduce a number of these risks by providing the buyer with critical information about the home, prior to the close of escrow.  To help our clients in this process, we apply our years of accumulated knowledge with the experience gained from thousands of property inspections to a thorough inspection of the subject property today.  Responsive customer service is our highest priority.

Though we understand that it's not always possible, we strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. Feel free to ask questions.  This is your chance to spend a few hours in the home without distraction. During the inspection process, the inspector will identify visible defects noted in various systems and components of the home and then describe them to you in a way that is easy to understand. Some defects may require further evaluation and repair by qualified experts, prior to the close of the transaction.

The inspector may also highlight the good points of the house.  Your participation at this phase of the transaction will enable you to gain the most benefit from the inspection with regards to understanding the many systems that make up your home, as well as learn some simple concepts about how to maintain them.

At the end of the inspection, we will provide you with a clear, concise and comprehensive report that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in your report.

Armed with the information your report will provide, you can proceed with confidence in your decisions.
